Damn I am shot right now. I got out of work a little after 4 and spent nearly 2 hours at the gym. I really need to get into better shape. Hell, I’ll be happy if my top half is in half the shape of my bottom half. Still, I went through all the upper body exercises as well as the ‘captains chair’ ab exercises. They’re supposed to be the most efficient, I’m hoping that by doing a set on that machine between upper body exercises I can burn up my extra padding. I’m going to try and go to the gym every day this week, figure its a good start. Feels good to wear myself out like this though.
