Did a bit of driving this morning trying to get my car taken care of. Suprisingly, Warwick Dodge was rather unreceptive to check out my car (wouldn’t even look at it). I suppose I’ve been spoiled by the convenience of waking up at 6:30am on my day off and dropping it off to get fixed. Ended up heading to Sears who took a look at the car (didn’t charge me anything) I need to install the anti-rattle plates on the front brakes (explains the thump) and I do need new inner tie rod bushings. Suresky’s wanted $520 plus $90 for alignment. Sears wants $320, plus $60 for alignment. I’m going to drop it off on Monday to have the repair done. After that I’ll throw some new kicks on the girl.
