It’s been 63 years since our country last understood the difference between the use of force for liberation, and for conquest.
One year after the invasion of Normandy, we had victory over Europe. A few months later, after 4 years of bloody battle and hundreds of thousands of deaths, we had victory over Japan.
God bless those brave soldiers and their families – as well as the men and women of our forces currently in harms way.
